Watching a property gives you access to all available data and changes to that property for as long as you’re watching, including:
Ownership — who owns the property, including individual and corporate owners
Residents and contact information — who lives there, along with phone numbers and email addresses where available
Occupancy status — whether the property is currently occupied
Occupancy Forecast — how likely the home is to see an occupancy change in the next 90 days, rated High, Medium, or Low, plus the Property Signals that provide context
Financial details — mortgage position, estimated equity, and ownership history
As new data comes in, we keep the property updated — so what you see stays current for as long as you’re watching.
You’ll be notified by email when we detect an ownership change at a property you’re watching — a new owner on record.
The number of properties you can watch at one time depends on your subscription. If you reach your plan’s limit, unwatch a property to free up a spot for another.
You can unwatch a property at any time by clicking the Watch icon on the property page. Its full details lock again, updates stop, and the spot frees up so you can watch a different property in its place.
